The Bach flower remedies were developed by Dr Edward Bach in England in 1930 using preparations derived from the flowers of wild plants, bushes and trees found to heal personality problems, creating equilibrium and harmony within mind and body, covering every known state of mind.
All remedies are completely harmless, overdosing or incorrect usage has no adverse effects and remedies can be used externally and given to plants and animals.

Work the chest with the fingers on top of the foot and the cushion under the toes. Work the abdomen on the soft part of the bottom of the foot. A valuable stress-relieving technique is to grip your fingers until you feel a pulse. Hold the thumb firmly in your other hand to relieve worry, the index finger for fear, the middle finger for anger, the ring finger for sadness and the little finger if you have been trying too hard.
