Get rid of heavy metal poisoning
Heavy metal poisoning is more common than you thinks and has a negative effect on your health.

Heavy metal poisoning is more common than you thinks and has a negative effect on your health.
These toxic heavy metals, such as lead, mercury, aluminium, nickel and cadmium, are present in various substances, some of which we use daily.
These include:
• Drinking water;
• Vaccinations;
• Non-organic produce;
• Antiseptic creams;
• Pharmaceutical drugs;
• Mercury dental fillings (high levels of mercury are released every time you chew with a tooth that has a mercury dental filling, rather choose white fillings);
• Cigarette smoke;
• Paints;
• Pesticides, herbicides and insecticides;
• Air pollution;
• Antiperspirant deodorant.
• Baking powder (buy aluminium free);
• Baking with foil and aluminium cookware, and
• cosmetics.
It is nearly impossible to completely avoid contact with these heavy metals in our day-to-day life.
Heavy metals store themselves in our soft tissue and bones, which can wreak havoc on our body.
Some of the possible side effects are:
• Abdominal pain;
• Fatigue;
• Nausea;
• Vomiting;
• Brain damage;
• Vision damage;
• Cancer;
• Bad breath;
• Vision damage;
• Hearing loss;
• Cerebral palsy;
• Parkinson’s disease;
• Alzheimer’s disease, and
• dermatitis.
Bentonite clay is suggested to cleanse the body of heavy metals as it has a strong negative ionic charge causing it to magnetically grab the metals and toxins in your body and get rid of them.
Internal use: Mix one tablespoon with 250ml water. Drink daily for 4-6 weeks for a good heavy metal cleanse. Make sure to drink two litres of water throughout the day, and consume enough fibre (raw vegetables and fruit or physillum) so that your body can eliminate the toxins. Do this internal clay cleansing three times a year.
External use: One kilogram of bentonite clay in a hot bath, breaking up the clumps. Soak for 20-30 minutes. As you’re soaking, grab pieces of clay and rub around your neck, under your arms, behind your knees, around groin area and any other place that you have glands.
You can also stand in the bath and mix the clay with enough water to make a thick paste and rub it all over your body (it is recommended not to use metal bowls or utensils). Leave on for 20-30 minutes and then rinse. One such bath a week for a month is recommended if you’ve never cleansed heavy metals before, then once a month to keep the heavy metals away.
