Thumbs up to the Polokwane Municipality

On Friday, February 7 at 17:30, we had a problem with a big tree branch that fell in front of our gate, which created a huge obstruction, preventing us from entering the premises.

We made contact using the municipality’s emergency number and, surprisingly, within an hour we reveived a response and officials from the municipality came along to look at the problem and promised that the matter would be attended to the following day.

To my surprise, on the Saturday morning at about 09:00, a truck from the department of environmental affairs started work and attended to the matter.

We would like to thank Frans Mabotja and his team for their prompt workmanship and all the other staff involved from the minute we phoned.
