Vote so that your voice can be heard to make change around you

We vote so that our voices can be heard. It does not help not to vote purely because a certain party that is in power is not doing what we like. If you feel that a ruling party is not doing what you have mandated it to do, you vote it out of power and put the one that you believe will carry your mandate because if you do not vote, then it means that you are saying that the party must continue governing while you suffer.

I was disappointed to learn that some people in Malamulele barred the Independent Electoral Commissions officials from entering their area to register people who wanted to vote in the coming general elections. If you want to hold parties accountable, you must first give them a mandate through the ballot.
