Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) and cage fighting enthusiasts can look forward to yet another evening of extreme fighting when the Tini Eksteen Memorial Cage Rage 13 dubbed Young Blood/Last Man Standing will be hosted at Eksteen’s Dojo on Saturday.
The event is scheduled for 19:00 and people are advised to take their seats at 18:30. Tickets are on sale at the door from 18:00 and food and drinks will also be available for purchase.
“The main card of the event is the Pro/Am Last Man Standing ultimate challenge which will see fighters from Polokwane and Gauteng battling it out for the R2 500 cash prize as well as the title as South African World International Martial Arts Association and Organisation (Wimaao) champion,” Event Director and Head Coach of Eksteen MMA, Henri Eksteen said.
This year’s winner will have to defend his title during next year’s event when an official Wimaao title belt will be up for grabs. If the winner can successfully defend his title for three consecutive years, he can proudly take ownership of the belt, according to Eksteen.
“The event promises to be a night to remember and an action packed evening for all MMA fans from across the country to enjoy growing this exciting extreme art which has taken the world by storm,” Eksteen said.
