Polokwane runner-up in Limpopo bowls pairs finals

Lyn and Gareth Lambert from Polokwane Bowls Club finished second overall in the Limpopo bowls pairs finals played in the city on the weekend.
Pairs from across the province as far as Bela-Bela entered for the two-day competition battling it out for an opportunity to represent Limpopo in the national pairs championships early next year.
Leon Raats and Antjie Oelofse from Bela-Bela won by one point leaving second place to the Lamberts. Neels Theron and Carine Chadwick from Tzaneen finished third overall.
