Polokwane City Football Club parted ways with former Baroka Football Club defender Ndivhuwo Ravhuali on Monday.
The 2015/16 Nedbank Cup Young Player of the Tournament joined Polokwane City in 2017 on a two year deal. Other players released by the club are Sibusiso Skhosana and former Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila Football Club defender, Tebogo Kalake.
Kalake and Skhosana joined City in the beginning of last season but failed to break in the starting line-up.
Spokesperson of the club, Tincy Tema said they decided not to renew the contracts of the players due to lack of game time.
“Kalake and Skhosana had each signed a twelve month contract with us and we decided not to renew their contracts because they were not regulars in the starting line-up.
They did not play a lot of games and that left us with no choice but not to renew their contracts. Ravhuali also lacked game time and we decided not to renew his contract. However, they are good players and we wish them well in their football career,” Tema said.
