Molepo the winner of monthly contest

The monthly Review golf challenge took place at the Polokwane Golf Club last Wednesday, with Pat Molepo taking the top spot.

POLOKWANE – The monthly Review golf challenge took place at the Polokwane Golf Club last Wednesday, with Pat Molepo taking the top spot.

Molepo scored 42 points, followed by Ferdi Kirsten in second place with 40 points.

Danie Bouwer won in third place with 40 points on a count-out.

Joas Legodi and Martin van Gehnt took fourth and fifth places both on 39 points respectively after counting.

Morné Myburgh won the nearest to the pin competition at the fourth hole and Nicola Peceur took the prize for nearest to the pin on hole 11.

Mashakane, Badenhorst, Legodi and Masaike have competed in seven competitions and the rest have competed in six competitions.

The best eight scores count towards the challenge. Should a player compete in more than eight rounds, the worst scores will be eliminated.
