According to Gunners FC head coach, Bongo Baloyi, the match was very tough.
“We planned this game carefully. The boys played very well and according to the plan. We missed more scoring chances and we will rectify our mistakes that we made today.
“I am very happy about the results. My players were free to do anything they wanted. Our aim was to knock it around we started to play defensively until we changed our pattern in the second half.
“What we are going to do right now is to focus on the next match because we are number one on the log,” Baloyi said.
Berneth United FC head coach, Berneth Masemola, said the players played well.
“We lost focus in the second half. Our composure was not right, but we will deal with it as a technicality.
“The best part of this game is that we were competing with Gunners FC for position number one.
“I will make a lot of changes in the coming match. What are we going to do is to rectify our mistakes and focus on the next game. The defense disappointed me because they were not playing so well,” Masemola said.
