LIMPOPO – AN entertaining game between Seshego rivals Dinoko FC and Mashila FC ended in a 4-0 victory for Dinoko FC during a Polokwane Local Football Association (Polfa) at the Boiketlo sports grounds on Sunday.

Mashila FC were still reeling from their loss against All Stars FC from Seshego zone 4 last Sunday.

The match pulled a huge crowd of spectators to cheer on their Seshego-based teams. Mashila FC dominated the match from the first whistle even though they lost the match.

According to Mashila FC Captain, Joel Legodi, the players were not well prepared. “We hope that in our next match we have rectified our mistakes.

“Even though we lost this game we still have hope that we will make it to the top four in the league,” Legodi said.

Dinoko FC head coach, Charles Malebana, said the team played very well.

“I planned this game before we started. It was a tough game but I am very happy that my boys did well.

“We missed so many scoring chances and we will improve on our scoring tactics,” Malebana said.

He said so far Dinoko FC had not lost a game. “We have only drawn one match. We are competing for the number one spot,” he said.

“Last Sunday we bet Zone 8 FC 5-2 and we intend to keep up our good performance,” he said.
