Eagar Aquatics on top again
Swimmers of the Eagar Aquatics Swimming Academy showed their top form again at the Limpopo TUK Sprint Gala and bagged an amazing 30 gold medals, 24 silver medals and 22 bronze medals.
POLOKWANE – Swimmers of the Eagar Aquatics Swimming Academy showed their top form again at the Limpopo TUK Sprint Gala and bagged an amazing 30 gold medals, 24 silver medals and 22 bronze medals.
The top performers of Eagar Aquatics at the meet on Saturday, August 1, who also received the best swimmer in their category award are:
• Ivan Beukes, best boy award 15-15 50 meter backstroke (15 years and over).
• Kyle Bridger, best boy award for the 12-12 50 meter backstroke (11 to 12 years).
• Marjoné de Beer, best girl award for the 11-11 50 meter backstroke (11 to 12 years).
• Miandi Oosthuizen, best girl award for the 100 meter backstroke (9 to 10 years). She also received the best girl award for the 9-9 50 meter butterfly stroke (11 years and over).
The swimmers will continue their excellent form and compete again on August 15 in the second round of the Limpopo TUK Sprint Gala.
