Pleasant day welcomes golfers on Polokwane fairway
The Pick n Pay and Pietersburg Bande Individual Stableford Golf Challenge took place at the Polokwane Golf Club on Wednesday, 9 September.
POLOKWANE – The Pick n Pay and Pietersburg Bande Individual Stableford Golf Challenge took place at the Polokwane Golf Club on Wednesday, 9 September with a total of 93 golfers competing throughout the day.
The PG Glass Blue Ball winners were Brandon MacDonald, Gerhard Saaiman, Duane Viljoen and Walter du Plessis with a total of 39 points.
The winners of the day were Raymond Pratt in the first place with a total of 45 points, Duane Viljoen in second place with a total of 42 points on a count-in and Nic Notley in third place with a total of 42 points on a count-out.
The nearest to the pin on hole four was Hein Viljoen; Brandon MacDonald on hole eight, Raymond Mushaike on hole 11 and Adam Milanzi on hole 16.
The jackpot was drawn by Jack Schofield with no winner yet.
The jackpot now stands at 780 units with a payable prize of 620 units.
