Zanis gymnasts are in the zone once more
A total of 36 gymnasts from Zanis Gymnastics Academy each brought home a medal from the North Zone Championships.
POLOKWANE – A total of 36 gymnasts from Zanis Gymnastics Academy each brought home a medal from the North Zone Championships.
The 36 gymnasts competed in the Level 1 to 3 artistic gymnastics category at the championships from 27 to 29 August in Kempton Park.
South Africa is divided into four zones, and the North Zone Championships is between Limpopo, Mpumalanga, Eastern Gauteng, Gauteng and Vaal Triangle.
The first place winners are:
• Julian Lombard Level 1, 6-7 years.
• Evan Bernhardi Level 2, 7-8 years.
• Pedri Neethling Level 2, 9-10 years.
• Vine van der Heever Level 2, 11 years.
Second place winners are:
• Ethan Venter
Level 1, 6-7 years.
• Johannes Thoba Level 1, 10-12 years.
• Aydon Venter
Level 2, 9-10 years.
• Brendon O’Reilly Level 3, 7-8 years.
