Mdhuli, Tony take the win at Volvo Golf Day
The MGM Volvo Golf Day took place at the Polokwane Golf Club last Saturday with a total of 75 golfers taking to the fairway to test their skills throughout the day in a combined stableford format.
POLOKWANE – After a day of exciting play, Charles Mdhuli and Tony Plaatjies took the Volvo Golf Day win with a total of 77 points.

Charles Mdhluli and Tony Plaatjies made a great team and scooped the win.
Craig Young and Dirk Uijs came in second place with a total of 72 points with Jan Nel and Piet Malherbe in third place with a total of 71 points.
The longest drive on hole two was played by Dirk Uijs and on hole 17 by Peter Masehela.
The nearest to the pin on hole nine was played by Les Cook and on hole 11 by Cynthia Viljoen.
The jackpot was drawn at a total of 2 160 units with a payable amount of 1 700 units. The winners of the draw were Carel de Jager and Julius Mapatha.
