[IN PICTURES] Action-packed Lexus Golf Day fun
The Lexus Golf Day took place at the Polokwane Golf Club on Wednesday, 3 August and saw a grand total of 184 golfers compete in a better ball format.
POLOKWANE – Results of the day: There was a tie for first place as the top fiver players each scored 45 points, but it was Duane Viljoen and Thuys de Kock who won on a count-in. Niko Koster and Riaan Smit took second place, Papu Lukhanyiso and Jackie Papola third, Joe Legora and Mpho Makena fourth, and Liano Viviers and Patrick Cahill fifth.
The longest drive on holes seven and 17 was hit by Tristen Schwim and the nearest to the pin on hole eight was hit by Zack Chuenyane and Papu Lukhanyiso on hole 16.
The jackpot was drawn at a total of 1 910 units, won by one half of the winning pair, Duane Viljoen, at a payable amount of 1 520 units.
