Golfers tee off for a cause at The Ranch Resort

The Ranch Resort’s charity golf day and ladies’ high tea raised funds for local causes, continuing a tradition of over R2m in donations.

POLOKWANE – The Ranch Annual Charity Golf Day event was held at The Ranch Resort on Saturday, drawing golfers and guests together for a day of sport, networking and giving back.

Golfers enjoyed a round of golf in support of a good cause, while the event also featured the Ranch Annual Ladies High Tea at the Safari Venue within the resort, creating a lively atmosphere filled with purpose and elegance.

Over the years, the charity initiative has benefitted several organisations including Mitchel House, Highveld Horse Unit, Joburg Garden Club, Lucky Paws Rescue, and the Polokwane Welfare Complex (Department of Social Development). Collectively, The Ranch Resort has raised more than R2m for these charities through its annual events.

This year’s golf day was proudly sponsored by The Flying Pig, with special thanks extended to Brad Mockford and his team for their continued support.

The auction segment, led by Andrew Fraser, added to the day’s success in raising funds for deserving causes.
