SCHOOLS from the Bahlaloga education circuit gathered at Ramongoana Primary School in Makgodu, Moletjie, to take part in an athletics meeting to determine which athletes would represent the circuit at the Polokwane cluster level.
Polokwane cluster is made up of six circuits: Bahlaloga, Koloti, Mohune, Maraba, Pietersburg and Seshego.
Bahlaloga circuit chairperson, Mokgadi Chueu, said she was impressed with the way the meeting took place and that she was certain that Bahlaloga would produce future stars if the support from schools and community remained strong.
“The circuit will be competing against other circuits soon and I am sure we will proceed to the district level. I would like to call upon the parents of the athletes to support their children. That way athletes won’t lose their morale,” she said.
She urged athletes to train hard and believe in themselves to achieve their goals.
