LIMPOPO – DECIOUS Serumula (19), known by his fans as “Mr Kea Kgona” hails from Indermark, Bochum, and says with the continued support of his fans, he can better his music and bring more entertainment to his fans and the province.
Decious matriculated from Kabelo Secondary School in 2014.
He is currently studying informaton technology and computer sciences at Capricorn College for TVET.
His music career started in 2009 and he was the founder of the G-SYD Fam crew.
They realeased their first single, Let’s Shine with LA-Muzo Productions in 2010. In 2014, he left the crew to start a solo career and recorded his first hit single, Kea Kgona.
“It is dfficult for me to organise gigs and interviews without a manager, but I won’t let that stand in the way of making good music for my fans. I face challenges daily, sometimes I get negative feedback from my fans, but that only motivates me to learn from my mistakes. One day I’ll be working with the best artists from our country,” he says.
Decious has shared the stages with big names such as Maggz, Mopedy, Mohlagase, Thembi Seete, Mokapoteni, Sido and Manana, Letjeketje, Vick mash, C-Slow, Muzo Brothers, Cyclops, Nicki’B, and Psychotic.
