POLOKWANE – EXPECT the unexpected from Moshate Entertainment when it will host the seventh Polokwane Annual Beach Festival at the Polokwane rugby stadium on Saturday, September 5.

The second leg of the festival, the Sunday Soul Picnic, will be held in the park at the Jack Botes civic centre on the following day in the form of a picnic.

Event producer, Tom Sedibe, said party lovers will enjoy every moment as the line-up was beefed up with artists like Portia Monique, Shumaya Hitmaker, Durban Nyts, Metro FM DJ Malwela, DJ Euphonic, Big Nuz, DJ Tira, Heavy K and DJ Merlon featuring Mondli Ngcobo – Koze Kuse.

Worship House and Lira are also billed to thrill their fans at the festival. Sedibe said this was one show not to be missed, and those who attended will not go home feeling disappointed.

“We have done all the logistical arrangements and everything is going smoothly.

“We are just waiting for the big day to arrive,” he said, adding that the audience can expect all the artists to deliver their best performances.

“Our aim is to bring fun to the people of Polokwane and ensure that festival people are safe as well. We want to celebrate spring in style,” Sedibe said.

Tickets are on sale at any Computicket and are selling like hot cakes, Sedibe added.

Tickets are priced from between R150 to R650 per person. The gates will open at 14:00 on the Saturday and at 10:00 on the Sunday, he concluded.
