‘CSI Twitter’ investigates #ORTamboRobbery

It is alleged a gang intercepted a container before security officials could stop them with more than R20 million stolen but neither the Hawks, nor police have confirmed this.

POLOKWANE – The robbery which occurred at OR Tambo International Airport yesterday (Tuesday) has left social media abuzz with speculation and interest.

South African Airways Spokesperson, Tlali Tlali says an investigation involving the Airport Company of South African (Acsa) and other law enforcement agencies is now underway

Twitter users have began ‘investigations’ with some highlighting a lack of security at the airport while others speculate that it was an inside job.
