This however makes it even more difficult to decide between the magnitude of options available – that’s where we come in.

Showmax:

Series: Mare of Easttown

Oscar winner Kate Winslet is a small-town detective Mare Sheehan, who must investigate a murder while trying – and failing – to keep her life from falling apart.

Movie: Richard Jewell

Richard Jewell is the true story of the security guard who became a hero after finding the device at the 1996 Atlanta bombing, but then became the FBI’s number one suspect, vilified by press and public alike, his life ripped apart.

For the kids: Steven Universe Future 

The epilogue to the beloved original series, Steven Universe Future zooms in on Steven’s life now that the Human vs. Gems war is over. 

Netflix:

Series: Sweet Tooth Season 1

On a perilous adventure across a post-apocalyptic world, a lovable boy who’s half-human and half-deer searches for a new beginning with a gruff protector.

Movie: A Private War

In this biopic, war correspondent Marie Colvin risks it all to bring back the truth from the frontlines, despite the toll it takes on her own life.

For the kids: Ben & Holly’s Little Kingdom

In the magical Little Kingdom, friends Ben Elf and fairy princess Holly have fun adventures as they learn about teamwork, sharing and problem-solving.
