KINROSS – A policewoman from the Kinross Police Station was shot dead at around 3pm at her home.
Neither the motive nor who was responsible, is known at the moment.
Her name has also not been released.
Her boyfriend was shot in the forehead and is in a critical condition.
The police found a firearm on the scene.
The officer was shot inside the house and ran outside where she collapsed and died.
Sgt Botha, spokesman for the station, confirmed that they are investigating murder.
