Good news for bookworms
The aim is to orientate library users on the facilities available.
The reading public of Standerton can look forward to a Library Week from 24 March onwards.
The aim is to orientate library users on the facilities available.
Standerton has the major library at the Town Hall, one in Sakhile, another in Stanwest and Thuthukani and Morgenzon also offer services.
The facilitators of the week want to encourage people to read and pupils will see the results in their reading and writing skills.
Stories will be read to young children as well as told during the week in March.
The town library has six computers available to the public.
The libraries received new books from the province and the town library boasts 145 new editions for bookworms to turn the pages and become part of another world.
