Runners can now register for the fourth annual Leandra Half Marathon happening on September 5. The half-marathon will start at Osizweni Special School in Leandra at 06:00.

The run will consist of a 21km, a 10km and a fun run. Registration fees are R220 for the 21km, R180 for the 10km and R70 for the fun run. A temporary licence costs R50.

Prize money is up for grabs for the overall first, second and third place winners in the main races.

There is also prize money for the first 40, 50 and 60 places. The winning juniors and walkers will also receive a prize.

The first 250 entries will receive a free T-shirt. Medals will be given to all runners who finish.
