Ms Thandi Ngxonono was sworn in as the executive mayor for the Govan Mbeki Municipality at the Council Chamber on Monday, 12 March 2018.
She was sworn together with her members of the mayoral committee, by Ms Betty Lusufi Chief Magistrate from Secunda Magistrates Court.
