CoGTA visits Standerton regarding sewage and water supply challenges

According to the Lekwa Municipality’s Facebook-page, Mr Mtshweni is concerned about the situation.

MEC Mr Speedy Mashilo and the chairing Premier, Mr Refilwe Mtshweni from Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affiars (CoGTA), had a meeting in Standerton on 3 July about the sewage and water supply issues in Lekwa.

According to the Lekwa Municipality’s Facebook-page, Mr Mtshweni is concerned about the situation and wants the challenges resolved immediately.

The Director-General of Public Works, Roads and Transport, Mr Mathews Mohlasedi, and Lekwa Executive Mayor, Mr Linda Dhlamini, accompanied Mr Mashilo when visiting some of the sites.
