Mediclinic Highveld restricts visiting hours

TRICHARDT – Mediclinic Highveld restricted its visiting hours to adhere to government’s instructions.
Only one visitor per patient per visiting hour will be allowed and the new visiting hours are from 3pm to 4pm and from 7pm to 8pm.
Mr Willem Schoonbee, hospital general manager, said if people are not feeling well, they should not go to the hospital, but rather stay at home and isolate themselves.
“If you suspect you have the coronavirus or was in contact with anybody from outside of South Africa during the last three weeks, please isolate yourself for at least 14 days,” said Mr Schoonbee.
He urged the community to wash their hands more often than usual and if you cough or sneeze, do it with a tissue or in your sleeve.
He urged the community to abide by these guidelines.
