[WATCH] Secunda shoppers disregard safety regulations during the lockdown
#Day5 of #SouthAfricaLockdown: Social distancing is also non-existent.
SECUNDA – Shoppers are flocking to the Secunda Mall today, 31 March, with many disregarding the safety regulations of wearing masks and gloves.
Social distancing is also almost non-existent. Long queues formed outside and inside the mall as only a certain number of shoppers are allowed to enter the mall with a limit of shoppers allowed per store. This is where social distancing doesn’t come into play with the people waiting in line.
The Vodacom and MTN stores in the mall are also open for business, although only to assist customers with essential data packages and queries.
The number of taxis parked outside the mall is significantly less than normal.
