Secunda’s Dominators boxers put on good showing

The club owner is proud of the boxers.

The newly formed Dominators Den Boxing Club competed for the first time as a club on May 25 in Johannesburg, and according to the club owner, Cedric Doyle, they did well.

Lukas Snyman won his match by total knockout. Sifiso Hlatswayo won his match when his opponent walked away. Thobisiwe Sithole also won because of a no-contest.

Henrico Bothma, Sharl Jaco Booysen and Bathopele Mahjiana lost their matches to split decisions, while Reabetswwe Moloi and Alexander Kymdell lost to total knockouts.

Doyle said he is proud of the work their coach, Stefan Diedericks, and the assistant coach, Stefan Booysen, do with the boxers.

“Experience is key to becoming a great boxer,” said Doyle.
