Fourteen Sasol Squash Club juniors were selected for the provincial team. In front are Ethan Karels, Jessica Butland, Johan Venter, Lisa Venter and Jaco Spangenberg. SECUNDA – Fourteen juniors from Sasol Squash Club were selected for the provincial teams during the Mpumalanga Junior Squash trials and championships in Witbank on 1 and 2 February.

The Mpumalanga teams will be playing in Bloemfontein from 1 to 4 May at the South African Country Festival Tournament.

First place trophies went to Johan Venter (BU/14), Jessica Butland (GU/13) and Lisa Venter (GU/11).

Second places went to Jaco Spangenberg (BU/14) and Ethan Karels (BU/13).

Franco van Tonder (BU/16) received a third place medal.

Other players selected for teams are Brandon Everton (U/19), Johann Stadler (U/19), Nicho du Preez (U/19), Benno Spangenberg (U/16), Jordan Butland (U/16), Melandé Stadler (U/16), Anéne Visser (U/16) and Frederick Visser (U/13).
