U/13 Development League underway in eMbalenhle
Yizo Yizo and Remember Academy boost their chances of winning the league.
eMBALENHLE – The Local Football Association’s U/13 Development League is running smoothly.
Young Stars FC and Shinning Stars FC played to a goalless draw in some of the matches that took place at the eHlazweni Ground on Saturday, 2 August.
Yizo Yizo FC boosted their chances of winning the league by beating Vultures FC 7-0 and Remember Academy beat Benfica FC 7-1.
The league is aimed at developing the players.
Club owners are encouraged to take the development league matches serious as this will help in the selection of players for the senior league divisions.
The league will finish at the end of the month.
The next matches will take place at the Welas Ground from 9am to 1pm on 9 August.
