Three times the victory for Sasol Secunda Rugby Club
Theuns Kruger played his 100th match for Sasol Secunda Rugby Club.
Sasol Secunda teams 1, 2 and 3 enjoyed wins in the Mpumalanga Premier and Mayor League matches played against Bethal Buffels 1 and 2, and Kriel 1, on April 26.
In an away game, Sasol 3 faced opponents Kriel 1 and came out victorious by 43-17.
Fumani Siwele was named the man of the match for his powerful play on the day.
Despite the rugby fields being wet from the previous day’s rainfall, it did not deter Sasol 2 from whooping its opponents, Bethal 2, 65-0.
The man of the match was Lie-Chaen Muller, who made a difference on the field with his impact play.
Sasol 1 and Bethal 1 went head-to-head in the day’s last match. Sasol 1 beat Bethal 1 45-15.
Danru Bosman was named the man of the match for his courageous play.
It was also a milestone for Theuns Kruger, who played his 100th game for the Sasol Secunda Rugby Club.
