Action Sports hockey juniors in Secunda are gearing up for the autumn league
The Action Sports hockey autumn league will began on April 7.
Junior teams aimed for the top spots in the Action Sports summer league hockey finals played on March 14, 17 and 18.
In the boys’ ages 10 to 13 league, Spartans were victorious in their first-place win. Mustangs finished in second place and Stick Swingers in third.
The girls ages 10 to 13 years league winners were the Badgers. In second place were the Shooting Squad, and in third place were Hooligans Hockey.
Geckos were the boys ages six to nine years league winners. Lighting Stars were the second-place winners, with Hokkie Wolwe in third place.
The mixed league winners were the Whitty Wolves. In the second spot was Stick Swingers Mixed. Rapid Rascals were third.
The autumn league will begin on April 7 for those interested in joining. Registration closes on April 2.
