Sasol Bowling Club hosted its Men’s Club Pairs competition at the Sasol Recreational Club bowling greens from June 27 to 28.

The two-day round-robin tournament saw bowlers compete for places in the finals, where pairs battled for the top honours in their respective divisions.

After a closely contested final, Gustav Kruger and Jimmy Holloway claimed the senior title, edging Koos Jonker and Kevin Terry 16-15 to secure first place.

Raynando Bodenstein and Aidan Nel were in third place after defeating Kobus Dryer and Louis van Der Merwe 20-18 in a thrilling final.

The competition showcased a high standard of bowls and provided players with an opportunity to test their skills over two days of competitive play.
