Loving what you do is basically what it all comes down to. Until you squeeze that last drop out of the orange you cannot give up. Motivation is a skill you can build. When it comes to your performance, motivation is one of the most important things to control.
Among my favourite places to look for motivation are sport and the gym. After all, athletes depend on motivation to perform their best. Every athlete craves the triumphant, arm in the air finish.”
The next speech was all about effective leaders and how essential they are to any organisation. In her speech, Ntombi Phaledi said you can practice good leadership skills in any role, at any level, “If it seems like a good fit for you.
You might consider seeking any leadership roles to develop and practice your leadership skills. One of the best ways to improve your personal effectiveness is to master. Good leadership is inspiring colleagues to apply positive leadership traits.” Following the prepared speeches was the Impromtu session, with Table Topics master, Karen Gray, keeping the session fun and light-hearted.
The participants made sure everyone was entertained with topics that included takkies vs high heels, living in the year 2040, the best car to impress your date with, water is needed to make anything grow, and rainbows.
