The suspect who was arrested in Muldersdrift for possession of a stolen vehicle had his case postponed after a brief appearance in the Krugersdorp Magistrates’ Court. According to Muldersdrift Police spokesperson, Sergeant Mulalo Ndou, the man was arrested on September 30. The accused allegedly stole the vehicle during a house robbery on September 21.
“The case has been postponed but the investigation is ongoing,” Ndou added.
The victim of the robbery was a former CPF committee member, and the initiative between community members and the police ultimately led to the arrest of the suspect.
