On Friday, November 26 (Black Friday) suspects broke into a Ford Ranger bakkie that was parked at Lifestyle Crossing Shopping Centre.
The suspects are seen on the video footage parking next to the victim’s car and after a few minutes one male got out and forced the bakkie open and within a minute they left.
The victim reported the matter with Centre Management who later provided footage and apologised.
“After parking my bakkie I went into woolworths to do some shopping. When I was inside the perpetrators broke the lock on my bakkie got inside and stole all my shopping. When I got to my vehicle the security had no idea this happened. My alarm was going off and they did nothing. All my goods are gone and my car is damaged,” said Beverley Raubenheimer.
