Spectacular lights at Silverstar

This is the perfect opportunity to get into that festive spirit and get lost in a thrilling world of magic and wonder.

Christmas is as festive as it gets and it would just not be the same without the bright, colourful Christmas lights.

As we’re finally nearing the end of a challenging year, Silverstar is determined to bring back the festive cheer into our communities. That’s why they’ve recently launched their first-ever Spectacular Festive Lights display which will be available for viewing until January, 5.

This is the perfect opportunity to get into that festive spirit and get lost in a thrilling world of magic and wonder.

According to Silverstar’s Communication Manager, Devashini Govender it could be one of the largest festive-light extravaganzas on the West Rand with specially made displays incorporating over 150 000 LED lights.

“It extends from the Eagle Fountain entrance, around the passageways leading out onto The Square. The best part is, come rain or shine, you are able to enjoy the lights any time of the day. So, it is very important that our guests don’t forget to bring their cameras to capture their magical visit,” she said.

Visitors are more than welcome to come and view the lights every day from 07:00 until 22:00, although the times may vary as per curfew. So if you’re staying home this holiday and looking for something to do, Silverstar is the perfect entertainment destination for the entire family.
