Two weekend car wrecks in Roodepoort
No fatalities but all patients treated for injuries

Two accidents have left a total of four people injured in incidents on Friday and Sunday, January 21 and 23.
A resident in Toermalyn Avenue in Roodekrans received a shocking surprise when a motor vehicle crashed through their garage door on Friday evening. Shortly after 18:45, first responders attended the scene, assisting the stricken motorist.
“The patient sustained minor to moderate injuries and was transported to the hospital for further treatment,” confirmed Emergency Control South Africa’s Abby Scott Dawkins.
Roughly 30 hours later, two vehicles collided at the intersection of Albertina Sisulu Road and Corlett Avenue in Witpoortjie.

A bakkie carrying a male and female collided with a silver Opel Corsa with one male occupant. There were no fatalities but paramedics transported all three to the hospital with moderate injuries.
