Peak hours have become even more frustrating for motorists who are often stuck in traffic for extended periods. Julian Kruger said a 15-minute school drop-off had turned into an almost hour and a half in congested traffic. “When you log a call with City Power, they don’t give a reference number. It is very frustrating; the lengths you have to go to to receive assistance. I just want the lights to get fixed.” Kruger shares the obvious frustration of so many motorists.
