On Friday, September 23, the King’s School West Rand celebrated Heritage Day with a variety of fun activities ranging from an interactive drumming session to a proudly South African boerewors braai. They also painted some colourful SA flags on blankets and pillowcases.

They dressed up in beautiful traditional outfits from a variety of cultures, and the main field was filled with learners even playing rugby in their traditional attire.

The learners had the opportunity to learn about the diverse cultures that make up our rainbow nation.
