Life Flora Hospital welcomes Dr Nishlin Naidoo!
Dr Nishlin Naidoo is a General Surgeon with a special interest in Colorectal Surgery.
Life Flora Hospital is pleased to welcome Dr Nishlin Naidoo, General Surgeon with a special interest in Colorectal Surgery, to our team of specialists.
Dr Nishlin Naidoo completed community service in 2014 at Kimberley Hospital and continued as a medical officer in 2015. In 2016, he joined the surgical registrar training programme in Johannesburg, completing his registrar training through the University of the Witwatersrand in 2020. Following this, he worked in Acute Care Surgery at Chris Hani Baragwanath Academic Hospital.
He has undertaken two years of training in colorectal surgery through the University of the Witwatersrand, with a special interest in minimally invasive colorectal surgery, colonoscopy, and proctology, and has completed the fellowship exam. Dr Naidoo is also training in robotic surgery with a view to improve outcomes and enhance skills.
