Spring fun at Zeiss Market

Everyone found a gem they never knew existed and was excited to bring home their new favourite pieces.

The Craft Market on Zeiss hosted a Spring Market on Saturday, September 6, bringing together families, local business owners and shoppers, providing a sense of community spirit.

The market’s spring theme added to the festive atmosphere, with seasonal decorations and activities that made it a great day out for families and friends to enjoy themselves.

The venue offered an array of stalls that had different handmade goodies and treats. Shoppers could find unique gifts like scented pet-friendly soy candles from Simply Wicked Candles. A Thousand Fragrances offered a variety of aromatic blends of incense that filled the air. The furry friends were not left out, as an artisan specialising in handmade pet bedding, picnic blankets, cooler bags, and more was also at the market.

Art lovers were also catered for, as Art etc. provided them with an opportunity to browse and purchase pre-loved art pieces. Die Koei Kombuis tempted the visitors with tasty homemade cakes and biscuits. On the other hand, the handcrafted gifts from Gnome Boys were the highlight for those shoppers who were looking for something special. Children at the market were spoiled by the different kids’ fun activities and food that they could enjoy while their parents walked around the stalls looking for something to buy.

The market happens every Saturday, providing a great space for local small businesses to get support and for the community to discover new favourites. It also gives a welcoming space for local artisans to showcase their work.
