Die Ruiter athletes to take Gauteng Champs
Six athletes from Laerskool Die Ruiter will represent their school and the district in Gauteng Championships.
Laerskool Die Ruiter is beaming with pride as six of their athletes were selected to represent the school and the district at the prestigious Gauteng Championships set to take place on March 14 and 15 in Germiston.

This outstanding achievement comes after their exceptional performance at the D12 Championships that took place at Hoërskool Florida where they demonstrated remarkable skills and dedication in their respective field and track events.

Candace Pule and Uchenna Aneke will compete in the high jump, Dineo Mtshizana and Khethelo Xulu are sprinting through the hurdles, Thapelo Nwokocha will be doing the shot put and Khumo Gaanabo is racing to victory in the 100m sprint.
“We are extremely proud of these athletes and the work that they put in. This is a massive feat for the school, and we wish them all the best,” says Suzzette Louw, the school’s marketing person.
