They still go the extra mile

We are continuously reading and hearing about the rotten service we are subjected to by the Post Office and, let me hasten to say, justifiably so.

It is also fair to say that within all this negativity there are people that are trying to make a difference in their dealings with the public. Among these workers I would like to mention Pleasure from the Post Office sorting office in Krugersdorp as well as Charmaine and Ernest from the Florida Hills Post Office in the Flora Centre, Ontdekkers Road.

I can only speak highly of these staff members. At all times they were prepared to go the extra mile and if this attitude could just rub off on all their colleagues, there might still be hope for the Post Office.
