On Saturday, 28 November, I was involved in a motor vehicle accident on Hendrik Potgieter Road and went to report the matter on Sunday morning. I was dreading having to complete the procedure, based on past experiences, but it turned out my fear was totally unfounded.
Andrew called me to his desk with a huge smile, and made us feel so welcome –a part of his business, not an intrusion. He understood where, how and why the incident happened, as well as the features of the third party vehicle. I left the office feeling a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders.
