Scenarios: A.) You’ve locked yourself in a bedroom during a home invasion. Your father lies elsewhere in the residence giving up his mortal coil after being stabbed multiple times. You hear your mother and sister scream in tremendous agony while they’re being tortured and raped by a gang of extremely violent criminals.
B.) You have been severely beaten up by an abusive partner. You lie naked and bleeding. The sick bastard also sets your house alight before speeding off into the sunset with your car. You are too badly injured and too weak to move, but hopefully you’ll bleed out before you burn to death.
C.) Your toddler has been seriously injured in a freak accident at home. Due to the nature and severity of injuries the child can’t be moved lest they spend the rest of their life as a vegetable in a wheelchair, or the child simply dies of shock.
D.) Covid-19 medical emergency.
In all four scenarios you only have your smartphone with you. What’s the outcome going to be?
A.) Death. B.) Death. C.) Death. D.) Death. E.) All of the above

Besides life-threatening emergencies, there are people who depend on a data-carrying signal to work from home.
