Are you finding yourself with a matter that gets you wondering; its been days, weeks, months or even years that things have not been working out? Does it seem like everything is working against you? Does it seem no one is coming to your rescue, even the ones you thought would be there? Are you finding yourself between a rock and a hard place? Are you at the verge of giving up? Are you about to lose hope? Does it seem dark and there is no sign of light?
I am here to tell you, do not give up, do not lose your confidence in the Lord. May your hope be filled, hope that all things will work out for your good.
Let me encourage you with this scripture from Acts 27:20, 22 as I paraphrase it. “When neither sun nor stars appeared for many days and the storm continued raging, we finally gave up all hope of being saved … Now I urge you to keep up your courage …”
I may not know your matter, your world may be shaken and storms may be raging from all spheres of your life. In all that, may you know that your matter still matters to God and there is hope. The shaking is but for a season which will eventually pass.
You’re not alone, God is with you in the midst of the storm. Be hopeful and trust in the promises of God because the One who promised is trustworthy! You will come out stronger, wiser and better. Keep the courage, it’s not over. Your matter is next in line!
