I am VENTING! I am really tired of people who don’t understand what frontliners go through. They do NOT have the luxury of avoiding contact with people.
When a police station is closed, some people are quick to post a snarky comment like, “Again”, often accompanied by a rolling-eyes emoji. The answer is simple – “Yes, AGAIN”.
I wish that more people would try to imagine what it feels like for police personnel, and how traumatic it is for everyone connected to that station, and how vulnerable their families are.
Can we stop with the ugly judgements? Can we each do our best to protect ALL essential workers?
