Take some time to stop and smell the flowers in 2025
Slow down and enjoy every opportunity and challenge offered in the new year.
As the clock struck midnight on 31 December, people all around the world welcomed 2025 with loud bangs, excitement and enthusiasm, hopeful for a year filled with new challenges, opportunities and blessings.
A new year brings new opportunities and challenges; something we can only face if we take the time to slow down a little bit, take a moment to be quiet and enjoy the journey.
Nanette Mathews said, “If you’re always racing to the next moment, what happens to the one you’re in? Slow down and enjoy the moment you’re in and live your life to the fullest.”
I have decided that this will be my motto for 2025.
I challenge all of you to take some time to slow down and enjoy every single challenge and opportunity that this new year has to offer.
